Compassionate Mental Health Care for Children

Marillac provides children and families hope for a brighter tomorrow. Our Overland Park-based facility is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week to serve children and families.

Who We Are

Marillac provides psychiatric hospital, residential treatment and therapeutic education services to children up to age 17. Marillac was one of 20 agencies from across the country selected to be a Learning Community for the Integrated Treatment of Complex Trauma. Four of our therapists will participate in this year-long program sponsored by the National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN). Marillac will be learning new ways to treat trauma and will be making connections with other agencies across the country with a common purpose.

University of Kansas

Marillac and the University of Kansas form a collaborative relationship to support children leaving Marillac and returning to their community school in addition to an after-school social skills program for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, specifically Asperger’s Syndrome. (More Information)
